Meet Pastor Bruce Peterson,
Our Senior Pastor.
With over 37 years in pastoral ministry, Pastor Bruce has been Sr. Pastor at TCC since 1994. He has been a life-long learner and holds these academic degrees: B.A. (Bethel College, MN), M.Div. (Denver Seminary) and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Counseling (D. Min., Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary).
Pastor Bruce and his wife Lori have been married over 40 years and have served in gospel ministry at churches in 4 regions of the country (CO, CA, TX and MA). They enjoy regularly hanging out with their adult children and grandchildren. In his spare time, Pastor Bruce loves outdoor activities such as golfing, traveling, and playing with his grandchildren who affectionately call him “Poppi”.

Meet Ana Maciel,
Our Director of Youth Ministries
Born in Brazil, Ana came to the US at the age of 4 and grew up on the north shore of Massachusetts. She joined the Trinity staff in 2013 after completing her Bachelors in Christian Ministries at Gordon College. She lives in Sharon with her husband Calebe and their 3 children. Ana has a passion for helping teens grow in their faith in Christ and raising up the next generation of leaders. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places, antiquing, and searching out good coffee shops and delicious pastries.

Meet Eric Peterson,
Our Overseer of Training.
After moving to Norwood, MA from Houston, TX when he was 9 years old, Eric grew up and was discipled through TCC’s Children and Youth Ministries. Eric graduated from Eastern Nazarene College with a degree in Business Management in 2008. He worked in the corporate world for 12 years before moving into a Ministry Residency at TCC in early 2020 serving as the Director of Children’s Ministry/Enfolding. At the beginning of 2022 he transitioned into a full-time role at TCC, serving as the Overseer for Training and continues to direct the Children’s Ministry. Eric lives in Norwood with his wife Amy and their 6 children. In his spare time, he is hanging out with his family enjoying the outdoors of New England as much as possible. He loves playing competitive sports and enjoys engaging people in conversation.

Meet Matt Travaline,
Our Director of Middle School Ministry
Matt was born in Quincy, MA, grew up on the South Shore, graduated from Eastern Nazarene College with a bachelor’s in English and later earned a master’s degree in Education. He worked in education for 21 years and his favorite stint was teaching Middle School ELA (English Language Arts). Matt joined Trinity’s ministry staff in the summer of 2023 as the Interim Youth Leader and has now shifted into a 2-year Ministry Residency. He is looking forward to serving the Lord, using his gifts to help TCC’s ministry, and being developed by God for ministry in the future. Matt lives in Norwood, MA with his wife Brie and their 3 children. He enjoys music, writing poetry, and riding his motorcycle.
